For my own payment protection, I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment

This was my first time seeing Leah and she was SO friendly and down to earth. I didn’t love how the tone of my hair turned out at first, and was nervous to reach back out, but she was so gracious and said she was more than happy to fix it to be exactly what I wanted! I really appreciate her taking the time to make sure I loved my hair!
